Commercial policy issues

The sales of Company's products may be affected by the price of raw materials (steel), which in turn affects the final selling price of the products.

Also the price of raw materials, due to the fact that the Company obtains a significant part of the raw materials from abroad, may be affected by the foreign exchange rates against the EURO, resulting in a variation of production cost at Company's products.

Another risk factor that may affect Company's sales, is the development of construction activity, and in particular the manufacturing sector industrial and residential construction in which, the company primarily, operates.

To date the Company's relationships with both suppliers of raw materials, and customers, are long, governed by professionalism, mutual recognition and trust.
